Hey yall,
First off I’d like to Thank god that I found Ashley and this community because I have been an eager learner about real estate investing since I was 16 just didn’t know where to learn or who to go too. I am 22 now with a family and electrical career plus a licensed realtor in Texas. I’m not sure why but I have been obsessed with real estate investing (note I am a social butterfly) to the point where everywhere I went I’d try to eye fish and pick out individuals to network with and listen to their stories about experiences in this industry. I’ve got a keen eye for it. This is how I’ve built up my small network of property owners anywhere from a $400k duplex owner upwards of a $40 million plaza owner. I struggle sometimes with the mindset of being able to achieve feats as big as owning an investment property so I constantly have to remind myself that it’s all on gods timing to put me in the right place at the right time with the right people. What I hope to achieve in this community is help others with their journey as I would have wanted it. We can all learn from one another. I am an aspiring investor looking forward to the opportunity ahead.
