Gamification techniques for Creativity Workshop

I've been asked to gamify the creativity workshop I'm running next week. I haven't done this before specifically for creativity (which is a little counterintuitive), and so am curious as to what suggestions others have. I will have 15 participants and will probably divide them into 3 teams (or maybe 5). Vietnamese context with a couple of European management. Had pondered on creating a game show format, but I don't think it will work in this context with a few hands-on activities. Explored Kahoots and Mentimeter a little bit... still thinking about using one of those.

Putting it out to the hive-mind here. Thoughts?
