Basecamp or Notion or something else

A few years back I remember AJ&Smart using Basecamp to run sprints and do client communication is that still the case

I ask as I'm getting busier and can see how client comms could be better than Notion which we currently use.

What's your setup and what are its highlights and lowlights?
