Idk what happens when you turn 30, get stressed with work, and have kids, but damn it felt like my metabolism slowed to a halt.
Gone were the days of eating 3000 cal a day or smashing a buffet multiple times a month and still being shredded.
Not an excuse though and it just took me time to learn what my body needed to see results. I have definitely made progress (down from 185 -> 167), but I'm still pushing it!
Excited to see all of you guys transform your physiques as well. Whether you're doing it to attract other people, doing it for your kids, or doing it to just be the best version of you, I'm here for you guys. LFG!
