Or the Omnibreath, might be one of the most powerful breathing sequences ever created.
How to do it:
- Inhale for 4 seconds
- At the top of the breath, keep your airway OPEN and force your body to hold the shape of the breath for 4 seconds.
- Exhale for 4 seconds
- At the bottom of the breath, once completely emptied, CLOSE your airway (your throat) and hold for 4 seconds.
- Inhale for 4 seconds
- At the top of the breath, CLOSE your airway and hold for 4 seconds (don't fall over!)
- Exhale for 4 seconds
- At the bottom of the breath, OPEN your airway and force your body to hold this empty form.
- Resume breathing normally, or repeat till you get insanely high.
After inventing this sequence, I personally decided to make this my go-to when needing a boost.
