Wim Hof Breath Work
Bak in 2018, I was introduced to this technique and it is the ONLY thing that has stopped panic attacks for me. The experience was so profound that I flew to Iceland in 2019 and met Wim at a conference he hosted at the opera house in Reykjavik, where about 500 of us listened to Wim , practiced the breath work with him and then took the ice baths together. I still practice the method on almost a daily routine, I still cry during the process (& experience a multitool of sensations in the nervous system) as this powerful routine delves deep into the parasympathetic nervous system and releases traumas that you may not even know existed. Attached is a photo of me with fellow Wim Hofers in an ice bath in Iceland & the PDF on Wim Hof method explained. Wim Hof Breath Work
Energy differentiation during practices...
When practicing Wim Hoff breath work, I will lock the 3 bandhas (3 diaphragms) and it enables me to last longer on my breath holds whether in the breath work practice or whilst I am freediving. Since learning of the microcosmic orbit, I have added the perineum squeeze to the process, squeezing on the inhale and relaxing on the exhale. I have felt a shooting of energy going up my spine and then exploding around the solar plexus. When Mantak Chia talks about raising the energy up the spine going up the front, does he mean the front of the body or the front of the spine? I also am uncertain of what I am supposed to be feeling with regards to the hot (yang) or cool (yin) energy and I'm uncertain if central nervous system neuropathy (something that I have lived with since chemotherapy destroyed my nervous system in 2015) is preventing me from discerning betwixt the two. Any suggestions on how to differentiate?

The first few sessions can be very uncomfortable because it is new channels of energy processing being opened Essential things to know Inhale from your belly/diaphragm to really fill up on Prana. Your belly should literally be protruding outwards There are 3 locks (also known as bhandas) to remember when you hold at the top of the breath You will lock the tongue, pushing the tip of it against the roof of your mouth. While doing this, the eyes look up as though looking out the top of the head
