My name is Sheila, and I’ve walked through some tough chapters in life—emotional, physical, and financial abuse, painful losses, and relentless burnout. I moved from the Philippines to Australia, and along the way, I lost myself by always trying to please others.
But in 2022, I decided to take control of my story. It’s not been easy, and it’s still a work in progress, but I’m here to share what I’ve learned, what’s working for me, and what hasn’t. No fluff, no pretenses—just the raw, real version of my journey as I continue to grow and heal.
