Creating this community focused on Mental Health "Emotional Intelligence" refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage both your own emotions and the emotions of others. It involves being aware of how emotions influence thoughts and behaviors and using that awareness to navigate social interactions effectively and empathetically.
If all thoughts are not factual, then having a basic understanding of how our thoughts impact the current emotion one is experiencing can be incredibly valuable to understand.
Of course, this is a safe space to bring about any questions surrounding mental health, (all questions are welcome), I believe in a more holistic approach to unserstanding events within mental health.
