Perfect 6 In a way these are the chakras but in another way it’s the pillars of success 1 performance is not just your output for work or career but literally your cellular performance too If you haven’t been consistent it’s time to wake the fuck up 2 wellness is health and also emotions - self care - art and creativity - intimacy and self expression 3 mindset reigns supreme - sometimes you just need to believe in yourself - define the target- and run relentlessly towards it - no more excuses 4 community is also relationships - it’s one and the same - treat your community the way you want to be treated - if I’m being lazy I give you full permission to bitch slap me and tell me to sack the fuck up 5 your inner truth is your authenticity - to live inspired and aligned is the ultimate path of life - it’s also the most difficult - and noble - this is the noble path - be brave - be proud - be victorious 6 - spirituality is the most important thing to me - because that’s the source of all life and creation - sometimes the soul wants to speak to us - but we don’t prioritize the mindfulness - the meditation - the higher power
