Yesterday I mentioned about feedback,
Feedback = Correction System
Now when someone gives us feedback
It is natural for us to respond/react
-Either we give up or get disturbed emotionally (falling apart, crying, complaining)
-Or we get angry at the source of feedback
-Or we simply ignore or chose not to listen
Now none of this helps and is a good strategy.
Feedback is just a piece of information,
Example - Your content is not performing, your offer is not lifting,
So don't take it personally.
See event is not in your control, but response is in your control.
Your response controls the outcome.
