Posting in a new discussion tab today dedicated to Weekly progress Check ins ๐Ÿ”ฅ Iโ€™m starting the week off at 76.6kg with the goal in mind being 78/79kg by the end of Feb. just want a nice lean gain before doing my next mini cut. Everything tracking nicely! Would love to see where everyone else is at this week! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hey Legends, Happy Sunday! Since you are all apart of this community, you will get all the inside information for the clothing side of the brand aswell. I've just finalised the design for the "Classic Tank" Tank top that will feature in the Courage Drop ๐Ÿ”ฅ Let me know what you think! In there, I will be posting videos on Diet, Training and pretty much everything I know that has allowed me to transform my physique.
