As you can see we are currently adding to our roster for hiring managers and class content for on-demand. Over the next few weeks you will see more and more days being added to the colander for sessions. In the meantime I want to make sure you are ready for what's to come. So make sure you review the post below about your first month and what y'all should do. Reaching out to people, posting about joining the Cyber range. Picking what path you want to do. Hello new ECA Cyber Range members! It’s an honor and a blessing to have you as part of what we’re building here. Our mission is to help you advance your cybersecurity career, grow your business or knowledge base, and learn how to invest in and profit from your new success. As new members, you have three monthly goals to hit — and we’ll check in on your progress during our weekly team calls: 1.) Announce your journey: Post on LinkedIn about joining the ECA Cyber Range so others know what you’re working on. Remember — closed mouths don’t get fed! 2.) Define your path: By the end of the month, identify which direction you want to take within cyber or tech — Detection Engineering, Threat Intel, SOC Analysis, etc. — and share it in our internal channels. 3.) Make real progress: Complete at least 4 modules in your chosen track within your first 30 days. Most of you will begin on the Analyst track, but the goal is consistent growth. 4.) Create time for self-improvement: Block dedicated time on your calendar each week to work on your ECA Cyber Range modules and community activities. Treat this like an investment in your future — consistency compounds! Have fun, interact with each other, and ask questions. Welcome to the dark side…
