Day 15 &16 Calm Catalyst
Some of you did your own checkins but wanted to make a post for these days.
I took some time this weekend offline and it was very healthy for my nervous system. You can't schedule posts on here (that I am aware of) so thanks for understanding.
Day 15 was Digestive Breathing, helping you connect with your breath and stimulate your body’s natural ability to relax and restore.
How did this practice feel for you? Did you notice a sense of calm or connection to your body?
Day 16 is hydration with a twist.
Did today’s hydration check feel different than your usual routine? Did it bring a sense of calm or awareness?
