Hey everyone 👋 Excited to be here and learn from you all. I am a Transformational Coach guiding women through the process of self-discovery to reclaim their voice, feel confident to stand on their own two feet and ask for what they desire and are worthy of. My approach is a blend of shadow work & inner child to heal the wounds of the past to liberate the future. I've been coaching since 2021 and went 'online' in 2023. I'm gone down rabbit holes learning the ins and outs of messaging, positioning, copywriting...and want to soak up so much more. My dream is to run a fully digital business that gives me location, time and financial freedom...and am willing to put in the commitment & discipline to get there. I'm here to be in a group of ambitious & inspired humans who are committed to building a life they're obsessed with while making a positive impact. My goal now is to work on setting up sustainable business foundations rather than relying on manual day-to-day efforts. I'm based in Cape Town, South Africa between the mountain and the ocean. I love being outdoors - you'll find me hiking in the mountains, swimming in the ocean, SUPing on the lakes, walking in the forests and always with my dog Charlie.
