Instead of us creating individual deal threads, let’s try and use one post as a place for us all to browse what we have going on to better help us partner up on deals!

Jordan provided us a place to submit deals in the Pinned “Resources” post also but for those who have deals that may not fit the criteria or want to another place to get maximum visibility we can try this thread.

Jordan has also provided a JV member Doc in the Resources Pinned post with everyone’s buy box availability. — make sure your info is updated there incase we have people using/building email lists or using it as an Index. 🫡

You should post here if:

You have a deal under contract or connected to one and want to share the details with the entire group. (Also send to Jordans Dispo Team only if DIRECT TO SELLER)
You are looking for a buyer in a specific place for a deal (check the JV DOC in Jordans Pinned “Resources” post)
You or your associated buyer is looking for a contract in a specific state/city/county — also (check the JV DOC in Jordans Pinned “Resources” post)
