Then swap next week to posts. No Ads. What do you think the stats go with members? Examples of simple stories. They are humorous and keywords of the generation.

@Amanda Fludd asked two great question which unlocked two key elements in generating revenue in case study#1 1. Attracting the right Audience 2. Roadmap(business plan or customer journey) 3. Funnel Attracting Audience: The success of a digital product hinges on how well you target your audience. For this dental course, it's critical to ensure that the right parents—those motivated to improve their children’s dental health—are engaging with the content. Poor targeting leads to wasted marketing spend, whereas well-targeted campaigns lead to high-quality leads and better sales conversion​​. Target audience can be created by thinking of the ideal customer and their traits, habits, etc. Then you can test that with your social media and ad's. Solve this by doing a Audience Persona (worksheet below). If you have a mix audience or they are in different stages, create one for each. Roadmap: When launching a course, a structured plan (or roadmap) is crucial for achieving the business goal of generating revenue. For the dentist's course, the roadmap should include all steps, from audience targeting to content delivery. Key Elements of a Roadmap: 1. Identify Your Core Offer: Clearly define what it solves, for whom, and how. 2. Craft a Value Ladder: Start with a low-barrier offer (freebie) leading to a mid-tier product (paid membership) and finally to the premium offer (course). Each offer should build on the value of the previous one​​. 3. Set Clear Goals & Metrics: Define revenue targets and track key metrics such as lead conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and ROI from advertising​. 4. Plan Touchpoints Along the Customer Journey: Include when and how you’ll engage with your prospects (emails, retargeting ads, etc.)​. 5. Optimize Funnel Stages: Ensure each part of the funnel (freebie, membership, course) is optimized with clear calls-to-action and minimal friction​​.
