Recycle old digital treasures
When cleaning up your Google Drive or going through old folders on your hard drive, you might stumble upon a “Digital treasure” just waiting to be recycled. Recently, I found an Excel file with 1 million FB groups that we created with friends during a weekend hackathon thanks to a tool called Gripper. Gripper no longer exists, but the list of groups with links and member counts stayed with me. I now plan to use it as a reward in my paid program Acquire4exit. It could be an updated list for sale, a reward for reaching a certain level, or a bonus for an annual membership. So, go through your Google Drives and old folders - you might discover something valuable that you can repurpose as a reward for your community or for sale!

Niched FB Group for Sale + Domain + Email List
I'm looking to offload a side project I don’t have time for anymore. I have a laser engraving Facebook group with 41.6k members and an email list of 550. The group's focus is Lightburn (the top laser software) and AI, and members are looking to level up their skills. I’ll also throw in the domain lasersnacks.com—the plan was to turn it into a fun, bite-sized newsletter for laser engravers. There are a bunch of ways to make money with this: - Affiliate partnerships with Lightburn courses, Etsy-related courses, tools, materials, and laser printers ($$$). - Collaborations with YouTubers in the niche. - Sponsored content or ads in the newsletter. - Paid group or subscription model for advanced tutorials. - Plus, AI photo generation/enhancement is really starting to take off in this space too. The FB group is feeding the email list through the group questionnaire, so it’s got a nice foundation to build on. Lastly - for those of you who follow TrendingData- laser engraving is up +138% 4 Trending Products Doing 8-Figures! 🚀 (beehiiv.com) If you or someone you know might be interested, hit me up!

Why Skool?
Hey all, I have an established newsletter (10 years) and planning on launching a community. I was going to use Heartbeat for my community (heartbeat.chat/) but know that Skool has been growing in popularity. My question is, why is Skool so popular? I can't seem to wrap my head around it. It seems pretty basic and the design (IMHO) is... ugly/boring. So why are so many people flocking to and promoting school?

How to calculate the value of an existing community?
Forgive my "business English" pease. 👼I promise that within 12 months I will learn to speak more fluently. However, I believe my deep knowledge of Community M&A transactions, processes, and the overall Community Industry is worth it. Here, I'm sharing with you how I think when I want to acquire a community with business potential. 👇
