Flippa Off-Market

Does anyone subscribe to or find value in Flippa's off market tool?

They charge $199/month for it and I don't see a lot of value in it.

I was thinking I could build something very similar, make it free, and just use it as a lead gen tool for buyers or sellers for M&A advisory services? This is also what Flippa does except I think their $199/month price doesn't provide much value so not sure how many people actually subscribe to it.

It's also similar to using whois lookup tool on godaddy where it provides you the whois details and then tries to get you to hire them for $120 so they can try to acquire the domain for you.
