Welcome! **READ THIS WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER THE PROGRAM**
Welcome to DDSP! Here's a checklist of things to do when you first get into the community. 1. Introduction - Post a quick introduction of yourself in the introduction category. Let us know who you are, how old you are, where you play, and a little more about you. Please do not introduce yourself in the comments on this post. 2. Take a quick look through the classroom section. Start with the Welcome section, then go through the sections to see the weeks that they are completed in. Watch all of the videos, fill out your worksheets and reach out to me directly to schedule your calls if you need any assistance. FAIR 3. Familiarize yourself with Skool, as always, feel free to reach out to me as needed. Feel free to post any questions, videos, or content that you feel is helpful. I'm looking forward to growing with all of you!

Andruw Jones
5 time MLB All-Star, Hank Aaron and Silver Slugger Award Winner Played 17 seasons in the MLB - most notably for the Atlanta Braves Main takeaways: Always be on time, be balanced, and stick to your approach up the middle of the field. Hitting is easier said than done, trying to make things as simple as possible and trying to hit the ball out in front is most important.

Bo Hart
Former St. Louis Cardinals MIF Main takeaways: Bo stating that although he never had the most power and wasn't ever the best hitter on his team, his confidence and true belief in himself was the reason he succeeded. Yes, talent is important... However, allowing the positive thoughts to be in the forefront of your brain will lead to much more success. There is no special ingredient to creating a perfect swing, it's different for everyone. It truly comes down to your approach and timing that allows you to have success.
