How many times should you post?
Hey Y'all! I know everyone is trying to boost their social media presence, especially instagram for us mobile detailers! So I was wondering, as we are all in the same process, how many times have y'all found is best to post weekly or even daily on y'all's instagram in particular? We've found that it can vary, but posting at least 1x/day and 6x/week are ideal! Excited to see what everyone has to say!

What's your go-to social media platform?
Hey Y'all! I was going through all our socials the other day and was thinking, I wonder what most mobile detailers go-to social media platform is? I know a lot of us use instagram, due to it allowing us to showcase our work; and with detailing being a very visual experience, this is ideal! Yet, I know that some people don't prefer instagram and instead use Facebook as well as snapchat! So I'm curious to see what y'all's go-to social media platfom?

When to present upsells to your client?
Hey Y'all! I was thinking about upsells and how they've been a huge revenue booster for our company, especially in the past few years. With that being said, I was wondering, when do y'all typically bring up an upsell opportunity to your clients; Is it before the detail, in the middle, after the detail, and or a combination of the three? We've found doing it before and in the middle of the detail are the best for our company, as it gives a clear picture to the customer of what the expectation will be! Excited to see what has been working for everyone!

How to know what to charge a client?
Hey Y'all! There's been a lot of talk in other detailing communities of, "what is the right price to charge a client?". With there being so many criteria such as car size, car condition, car make & model, the city you live in and so much more that people use to dictate the price, I was just wondering what criteria do y'all use to determine the price of a detail in your company? Personally, we've found that when clients provide their make & model, and exactly what they want done to their vehicle that is usually enough for us to provide them with an accurate quote, but there are those times when asking for photos can really help with determining price as well!
