Design Sprint Prerequisites
Hey everyone!
Next week, I’ll be kicking off a Design Sprint to tackle a challenge in an existing, live product. I know many of you have a ton of experience with Design Sprints, so I’d love to hear your insights.
From your experience, what are the essential items or prerequisites to have in place before starting a Design Sprint—especially when focusing on solving a specific problem for a product that’s already up and running?
Would really appreciate your advice!
