ChatGPT Mega Prompt for the Sprint Replay Report - any examples?

At the end of the Design Sprint we usually write a 70+ page Replay Report to tell the story of the sprint, the team's thought process and of course, the testing results and conclusions. With AI here to help I find this work so much easier and faster. But I couldn't figure out the right mega prompt to easily reuse it across projects. You guys don't happen to have one handy? Do you?
