GPT-4 Customer service bot

Hey guys, I need help. I am building a customer support telegram chatbot in node.js full code for a NFT marketplace and having trouble with it responding that it doesn’t have access to real-time data, although it is connected to the updated JSON data/API. When I ask the bot what sold today on the marketplace it replies with "as an AI language model I don't have access to real time data" and in the system prompt, I told it that it does. What do you all suggest I do so that it can access the recently sold api data and give the responses using openai based on the json data?

Should I add Langchain to make it an agent? Or fine-tune it using GPT 3.5? Do you all know any methods to fix the issues? Thank you sm if so🥹
