I am Mitesh Oswal and have spent 1000s of hours learning and leading non-dual meditations for over a decade, helping 1000s of individuals through transformative guided meditation sessions.

- Ask questions in interactive sessions about the hurdles and challenges.
- Connect and share our struggles, triumphs, and experiences with community members.
Experience 4 weekly meditations including -
- 2 live, guided meditations with Q&A sessions (Fri/Sat 8 pm ET)
- 2 live guided meditations (Mon/Thu 1 pm ET)
- Recordings of previous sessions
- Channels to ask direct questions throughout the week
The meditations are gentle, and guided in plain, simple English. All are welcome!
