I'm selling DebtAdvice, a newsletter focused on helping people get out of debt. The newsletter educates people on credit cards, consolidations, strategies, etc.

The newsletter has ~4,700 members and was created back in November of 2023. Average open rate is 60.8% based on ConvertKit's stats.

The only thing that was promoted on this newsletter was the $0+ e-book on Gumroad that's generated

$700 in donations; so the audience is ready to buy. The e-book comes with the sale.

In addition, I own the DebtAdvice Reddit page with 5,000 members that gets 30,000 monthly impressions and grows consistently. Comes with the sale.

Currently, I don't have time to run this project, but this is an absolute money-maker for the right person. With debt on the rise, this will always be an evergreen project that can generate significant revenue through advertisers or by selling the right product/mentorship.

I can also sell subscribers only for the right buyer.
