I want to be as helpful in realtime as I can be. I've done online workshops and webinars since 2015. I've had a few dozen to a few thousand in signups over the years.
But I flopped the hardest I've ever flopped. 1 signup in the first 24-hours.
I'm not sure I really knew what imposter syndrome was until I titled a workshop Sales Flow and then couldn't sell it!
I pivoted. Scrapped weeks of work for myself and my team. And wrote an 8-page update of the new direction - not just for this workshop, but the entire company.
The email I had written to announce this change went out on accident. There was a miscommunication internally and what I was incredibly unready to share became public information.
It's been just a few hours since that email - and I've had 174 signups for this live workshop.
What would be the most helpful to share for y'all? What do you want to know?
