I recently wrapped up a 100% asynchronous launch where we did 6 figures in sales without live webinars, live streams, being on video or calls.
It certainly wasn’t our biggest launch, we’ve had plenty of $500k+ launches by using our Launch Your Signature CourseⓇ and Iconic Virtual Events strategies (you can find all of our launch strategies inside Profit Architecture.) But it was a really great experiment to try something 100% async and be a model for some of our clients who need this level of flexibility to work around their creative constraints.
If you're in a chill low energy season, or can't do a lot of live stuff for any reason, an async launch can be really lucrative and strategic, designed to fit into your life and schedule.
In this episode:
- What is a 100% “asynchronous” launch and why you might want to try one
- The pros and cons of a fully async launch vs. a hybrid launch with live elements
- Truth bombs about the reality of what to expect if you try an async launch
- Why your launch success has very little to do with the 7 days of your cart open
- The #1 thing that *actually* determines the success of your next launch
- What my async launch looked like: pre-launch, webinar, how many emails I sent
- The results of this launch
- Honest reflections on if I would do it this way again
- Lessons learned that you can apply to your next launch, async or live
- Answering your biggest questions about how much time it saved me, what the launch window felt like, and more
I'd love to know - what surprised you most about the behind the scenes of doing a 100% asynchronous launch?
Do you think you'll try it out, or do a more hybrid launch with some live elements and some automated? 👇
