Moving off of Active Campaign to... suggestions?

I have 10k active subscribers and I sent out emails every 3 days. I use their tagging and automation functions. I don't anticipate my list growing to more than 30k.

Active Campaign's frequent price increase makes them an unreliable and undesirable long-term partner. I believe their orientation is for much larger operations that mine.

What platform do you like for that level of use?
