Launched my free group a little over 3 weeks ago while following Mariah’s launch 🚀 plan for FREE groups and customized my group with a lot of levels of gamification, as well as meaningful connections and conversations!
🏆 It worked! Meeting new people coming in from Skool groups as well as my other social media platforms for the first time has allowed me to really warm up my audience - and attracted people who wouldn’t otherwise connect with me.
This gave new members an opportunity to experience my work firsthand as well as my teaching style - and also have a minute to look around and get acquainted.
I believe a paywall at first might have deterred even some of my best clients to leave the comfort of the platforms they know such as Facebook + IG and try Skool. I know that a lot of my paying clients are now enjoying the platform.
Plus, as a high ticket coach, I prefer intimacy and connection over sheer volume, so I can adequately welcome and connect with my community.
Of course the plan is to launch a premium membership, but I do enjoy the energy and experience and community building that is going on now!
Wanted to share that building engagement is more for the people involved to feel they have a connection to YOUR COMMUNITY and not just YOU, which is why they stay!
I also included a photo of the discovery page, and a few weeks ago I was in the 7000’s now in the low 2’s!
