How to write a cold Champagne Offer?

I absolutely LOVED the Champagne Clients lessons, and I've been working to implement them in my business. I have a question I'd love to hear thoughts on from this lovely crowd! I'm going to be using a psychical flyer to promote my coaching business (gasp! I know!). I just moved cities and feel like I'm starting over again finding clients, since I typically get most of my clients from in-person events (workshops, talks, networking, referrals, etc).

To work in the Champagne Clients premise, that my pitch should call out my ideal clients, I'm curious if I should lead with the offer of a free consultation or a discounted initial session? Stuck on figuring out how to align a cold offer with my Champagne Client profile (someone who's been to therapy, done "all the things" but still feels stuck in their relationship or sex life).
