Hey Creator Party Community!

I have been in this group for a few weeks now. I finally grew enough courage to reach out to other Skool community creators for help! I am working with a close friend of mine on a golf community that focuses on helping golfers get better at golf. But We are struggling to craft an offer for our paid community.

Our free community offers 4 different courses of common struggles golfers face and a 14 day golf mastery course. We have not launched yet.. but we Currently have 40 members in our free community after only inviting 10 people, seems to us that those 10 members took it upon themselves to invite 30 others which we thought was AWESOME!

My Question: What Golf niche offer can we use to for our paid community. We were looking to offer a weekly 3-D swing analysis or a 1-on-1 weekly 1hr coaching session for our paid community but we are nervous that if we get too many members to join we run the risk of not being able to fulfill these promises.

Does anyone have an my ideas or suggestions we could use to prevent us from over extending our services?
