Cooking for over 20 years means I have seen and done a lot in the hospitality industry. I've learned a lot but the one thing I've learned that they don't teach you in culinary school is how to make and keep ticket times under 10 minutes even if you are in the weeds with 15 or more tickets on your board! It's a valuable skill set to help you make more money for your business or for your employers! Even making more money for them means more money in your pocket!
I'll be teaching you how to do this and not sacrifice the quality or presentation of your food while pushing it out safely with quick ticket times!
