Your pipeline is a database of all of your prospects and clients.
The most elementary form of a pipeline is your DM inbox.
The more conversations you have with prospects on a daily basis within your pipeline, the more sales youโre going to make.
Having a pipeline full of prospects AKA โleadsโ is essential to a healthy business.
Another word for pipeline is a CRM or a โCustomer Relations Managerโ.
The CRM I suggest using to build your pipeline on Facebook is called Genius CRM. (If you need a hand with Active Campaign, can help you out. He helped me massively when I first got started with it!) Instagram has a built-in CRM now called โFiltersโ so you donโt need any extra software for that.
Once you have started building your pipeline, itโs important to remember that every single lead in your pipeline should eventually tell you 1 of 2 things.
The first: โGo away. Not interested.โ
If they say this, remove them from your pipeline.
The second: โSounds good, how do I pay?โ
If they say this, congratulations.
Until one of those 2 things have been said, follow up with your prospects in your pipeline often - at least once per week.
Not following up is a sign of disrespect.
