🚀 Calling All Entrepreneurs & Community Builders! I Need Your Thoughts!
I have a free community packed with high-value educational lessons about my niche. This content will always remain free, it’s designed as a funnel to provide knowledge and build trust.
👉 Here’s my challenge🤔
My end product is a highly detailed Done-For-You (DFY) service that can’t be directly sold via Skool due to its complexity and personalized nature. Also the price is also based individually from €3000 and up
But there’s a coaching component I’ve previously sold separately as a stepping stone to this final DFY product. I’m now ready to launch this coaching service on Skool, and I’d love your input on the best approach
1️⃣ Option 1: Offer the coaching service as an opportunity to buy within my free community.
✅ Pros: Keeps the community accessible and broadens the funnel.
❌ Cons: May require significant effort to market the coaching within the free platform.
2️⃣ Option 2: Create a paid community for the coaching.
✅ Pros: Adds exclusivity and a clear separation for premium content.
❌ Cons: Could feel like just a platform to charge, as the coaching and DFY service are heavily focused on 1:1 interaction over 4-6 weeks.
💡 What do you think? Should I keep everything centralized in the free community or create a paid version for the coaching? I’m eager to hear your ideas, insights, and experiences!
