Many of my family members and close friends told me that I must take a break because they are feeling me tired and I want to rest for a moment.
but...
I don't want to stop... it's not even a conscious choice but I don't want to stop subconsciously even if I'm tired and burned out.
simply, I wake up at 5 am, go to school, come back at 5 pm, work until I finish everything, sleep
reins and repeat every single day.
so what should I do? should I take a break and stop everything, but what if I lost that momentum and everything crashed???
I don't need to be burned out so I can't be productive and I don't want to take a break so not everything crash
