Personal Access Tokens or Airtable API

So I've been having success creating my first Airtable database to track client video shoots and reviews, and I'm creating my first Zap integration with Frame.io in order to have record status update to approved when status is updated in frame. The zap will not link to my account when I give it the code given in the new "personal access tokens" from airtable. Should I still just give it the API key even though it says this won't work anymore in January 2024?
