How to record portrait and do a screen share?

Hey gang, who knows how to record in portrait and do a screen share?

I have a phone, and I have a webcam. I have Loom and Descript.

I want to make portait videos for Tiktok, Reels, and Shorts, that are me showing a screenshare of my computer, and with a talking head too.

Any suggestions for how I can do this?
