Alternative to Metricool?

Hello everyone, I currently use Metricool to automatically post content to social media. The reason is because I cannot find a tool that automatically posts to TikTok. You always have to open the app and download the video to TikTok. I can't do that for multiple clients. TikTok limits your phone to 3 accounts. Also I'm noticing that when a video is posted directly from Metricool to Reels, it literally gets no views. When I post them manually, they get views. Am I going crazy? Let me know if you have suggestions:)
