Hello and looking for new food inspirations
Hey everyone,
I'm in a bit of a food rut. Lately, I haven't had much of an appetite, and even when I do eat, it's not as enjoyable as it used to be. I'm also super bored with my cooking, especially as I try to eat more vegetarian meals.
I'm on a mission to find new and exciting vegetarian protein sources. I'm a bit picky with spices, so I'm looking for ways to create my own recipes that pack in the protein while still tasting delicious.
A bit of background: I'm in my 40s and recently lost 25kg. Now I'm focused on building muscle and making sure I get all the nutrients I need. Stress has definitely played a role in my changing appetite, so any tips for making food more appealing would be amazing!
Help a cook out! What are your favorite vegetarian protein sources and recipes? Any advice for someone with a sensitive palate who wants to experiment with flavors?
