Water Variations
How many different ways can you do the “Water” section in the morning?
Morning routines are made to be switched up, but how do you switch up something as simple as water?
Here is one example:
  1. Using my favourite BOSS cup.
  2. Using mineral rich Celtic sea salt for ultimate hydration.
  3. Fresh squeezed lemon to flush my system.
I put them out the night before so that it would be super easy to prepare when I got up AND I would be excited to wake up early knowing that it’s there and ready!
