Farming societies have always dominated hunter gatherers.
Even though your body is capable of being a hunter gatherer, it has EVOLVED to be a farmer.
Farming is more calorically efficient, but it requires the ability to think long term.
Interestingly enough, wealth is the same way. If you want to be more financially efficient and participate in the evolved human experience of wealth, giving you the full capacity to expand and express your divine purpose, then you need to start planting seeds.
You can’t spend every day chasing Gazelles and picking berries.
You gotta make a plan for the future and then spend every single day watering it until you see the fruits of your labour.
