**Important Credit Card Update**
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Bank of America regarding my credit card. They just closed my card, which I had maintained for 10 years with a credit limit of $20,000. I only owed $500, so I was really confused about the closure.
When I called them, I learned that they have a policy that limits the number of authorized users to five. Unfortunately, this policy led to the closure of my account, and despite being a good customer, they cannot reopen it.
I just wanted to give you all a heads-up: if you plan to add authorized users to your credit card, make sure to check the bank’s policy beforehand. I can reapply for a new card, but it’s a reminder to be cautious.
Stay informed and take care!
