Why can't I pin post to my new classroom categories

Hey guys,

I recently (last couple weeks) added more content categories and or folders in previous categories in my classroom and I have been trying to pin some post to the new categories and folders but they will not populate the list nor will they show if I type in the name....any ideas why or how to fix this?
