Why “Banned” members count as churned?
Because I have a Free and Public group on Skool, almost a quarter (25%) of the accounts under "Churned" are spam users that I needed to "Ban" from my group.
Why do these accounts count as churned? Should they not just be eliminated/deleted? Why do I see these accounts under both "Churned" and "Banned"?
These are not real accounts (bots/spam/etc.) to begin with. Churned implies they left, banned implies that I kicked them out. Does anyone know why?
Thank you :)
