Where to do rule of 300 as a YouTube Expert?

Hi! I help business owners generate leads through their YouTube videos. I'd like to get serious with the rule of 300, but I'm not sure where's the best place to do that.

I've join a couple communities dedicated to growth on YouTube because I know I can provide value there, but there don't seem to be too many of my avatar there and the groups are a little inactive.

Where should I go to find active groups with my target avatar?
