(If you are questioning if your Skool group will be a success, this is for you!)
I've had a number of new clients join my Skool group this month (who are all new to Skool) and they are literally a JOY to work!
They are all taking action, supporting each others and making great progress.
I have also been inundated with lovely messages from them all sharing their gratitude, including a really special one today that really touched me.
The reason why this one was so special was unbeknown to them as well as being ill (which they knew about) last week had been a deeply emotional one for me as I was navigating some big life stuff behind the scenes.
(This was the messaged shared in our "celebrations" area):
"I came to celebrate JADE! Thank you Jade for being you. Despite being sick you are managing to keep us moving forward. I'm so grateful and happy with all the progress I've made so far. I'm rearranging my lie to be able to focus more and run with the momentum you are creating. Super grateful this morning ๐"
If you are new to building your community on Skool I know in the beginning it can feel like all you to do is work hard and give with not much in return.
- You'll have people who join your group who don't appreciate you and all that you do.
- You'll have members join who just lurk and never stop to say thank you.
- You'll have members who you only give to and support who will not see your true heart but instead will project onto you negative feelings they have about themselves (if you are a Human Design 5th line this a common and I've heard of so many successful creators with the biggest hearts who experience this).
AND....
- You'll have people who join your group who are still great assets to your community years on who you ADORE!
- You'll have people who go on to become real friends (who you meet in real life too!) who become your business family.
- You'll have people who appreciate all that you do and show their gratitude in ways that make you feel so warm and fuzzy inside and remind you of why you do what you do.
and best of all, the community members who are your true people will give you a sense of purpose and passion to keep showing up even when you are ill, or navigating major storms in your life.
Community members who check in on you when you are quieter than normal (as I had last week and have had in previous times) as they actually care for you as a human and not just someone who they "get value" and "cool stuff" from.
I truly believe that if your heart is in the right place and you have something to offer that people value your Skool community can't not be a long-term success!
It's simply a matter of time. ๐
Keep showing up and serving those who DO see and get you and before you know it you'll have so many amazing community members that any naysayers will just help to show you who you are not here for so that you can focus on your time, energy and heart on the people who get and appreciate you!
Keep shining your light Skool friends! All your hard-work and heart-work on Skool will pay off.
and most of all - be kind to yourself and others on the journey ๐
