When someone buys a one-time payment product, are admins notified, and can they see who made the purchase?

I'm selling an audit in the form of a video recording (using Loom), and I want to streamline the process for my customers.

Ideally, I want to know who purchases the audit so I can deliver it to them without needing them to reach out and confirm their purchase.

Will I be notified when someone buys it, and will I be able to see the purchaser's information?
