What is the limit for annual payments?

I wanted to give 30% discount for the annual payment, but could not type $5000 - it auto-corrected to $4999.

Is this the highest we can charge?

For my higher ticket group and 1:1 programs, I could re-enrol my clients every three months - get them pay $4999 again for the next trimester by leaving the group and then rejoining it. I have to put a system in place to follow up or set reminders somewhere else.
