Not sure if it’s just me, but managing a community (or any CSM role) feels like one of those roles that finds *you*, rather than the other way around.
It’s work that happens quietly, behind the scenes, and yet it has a huge impact.
I know it can be challenging, but I also know there are moments that make it all deeply rewarding — like helping people figure things out and watch them get closer to their goals 🥹❤️
