👁️ Seeing/Saving Membership Answers

I've been copying and pasting answers to the initial questions I ask to accept members because a.) the information is really good, and b.) I don't know how else to save this info.

It seems like after I hit approve, it's gone forever. True or am I just being dumb and missing something obvious? My community launched less than a week ago so I'm still learning fast! Thanks!
